This fresh, modern take on Step Aerobics uses the classic Long Step or High Step, Ballet work, mat Pilates, cardio bursts, ankle weights, hand weights and finishes with a great stretch.
PEACH 'N ABS - OUR NO CARDIO - DEEP BURN CLASS
This class will focus on everyone's favorites: ARMS, ASS & ABS! Our only no cardio class will combine mat Pilates, Barre floor work and DEEP by Buti yoga. You will use 2lb hand weights, resistance bands and ankle weights to focus on the hard to reach muscle groups - Not yo mamas Mat class! High energy, burning Peaches and low impact work great for post-natal.
PEACH PHYSIQUE - OUR PEACHY STRENGTH CLASS
This full body burner is your body's new best friend! With just a 10lb kettle bell we will get one of the best workouts in a short amount of time! Enjoy a more feminine take on Kettle bells with the serious burning and sculpting benefits! We use the Kettle and Step in intervals with the last 15 minutes of class using the HOTCORE technique - modifications available.
